| We finally for out subdomains working!
You can now join us for all the fun at http://forums.efx2blogs.info, come and discuss the future! Also you can start making bug and feature requests at http://bugz.efx2blogs.info Please remember that blogs at .info are temporary and can and will be deleted from time to time. If you want to blog for real, blog at your current home on the .com... soon enough the stuff at .info will be good enough for .com and will be migrated over. For now... I have bugz and feature requests to make/fix. BTW - You will have to signup for a new username/password right now on all parts of .info I hope to soon (as in it is already a ticket) make all the logins based of a single database ;)

| It took a while, but we finally have the server running the way we would like. Now we can get down to the real work.
BIG CAUTION I have noticed that a lot of people have come and looked at getting their blogs setup on .info. I am not against you doing this, just remember This is a TESTING ENVIRONMENT. There is no guarantee from day-to-day that anything will be the way it was when you came last. Seriously. I have wiped the database a ton of times in the last few nights to test out things like error handling, and more. DO NOT USE THIS AS YOUR ONLY BLOG. There are no Styles. Well there are a few. Right now the concerns of the site are to get it functioning as it is, then to add the fluff. Finally, I know I keep saying the code is coming to the repository, and it is, I am just working out a bunch of details right now. I want to make the development of the site as flawless as possible. That means taking a lot of extra steps, some things I am working on are: Virtual Server Instance - To make sure things work in development as well as the live site I am making a server instance that you will be able to download (it will be HUGE!!!) and use to run in KVM (or VMWare) so you can develop right on a working instance of the site. Code Repository - We have the repository http://efx2blogs.googlecode.com, soon it will hold the treasures of the world. Forums & Bug/Feature Tracker - Soon http://forums.efx2blogs.info and http://trac.efx2blogs.info will host the forums and bug/feature tracker for the development of the site. The forums for chatting, and having a good time will always remain at .com, and .info will always be for development. Just FYI Personally I am most excited about the bug/feature tracker, and I will spend more time talking about it in the near future. A brief idea of what to expect is a simple site where you can go to submit bugs (problems, errors, strange behavior) you have found, and also features. Then you can keep track of what is happening with your bug/feature notice. I think this will make running the site a lot easier, and the community will have full involvement (if wanted) in the going ons of the site. Things are moving in the right direction, and I look forward to September when things will move even faster.

| Well things happen, right?
We are waiting on a tech to update our httpd.conf entries so we can have dynamic subdomains. Then we will be heading along again. Hang tight.

| The new home (at least for dev) is up and running!!!
Where is it? Technically we are hosting the dev stuff at http://efx2blogs.info Right now there isn't much to look at, in fact, there should be damned close to nothing to look at, but that will change soon. Update: You may be seeing a "parked" message, I am in the middle of updating DNS info and what not. I promise things are good. What's next? Next on the docket is to setup a dev forum. The dev forum will be hosted on efx2blogs.info as to keep it clean of problems from the main forum, and cause we don't have full access (yet) to the current server. We will be using (for now) FluxBB as our forum engine, as suggested by [veX]. More to come soon!

| Welcome to the beta site blog.
This is the new home of all updates about the new beta site, until of course it is launched. You can sign up to our RSS feed, to make sure you are always up-to-date on what is happening with the beta site. We will be looking for testers in the coming weeks, so if you feel like helping with the growth of the community, feel free to comment, and mention you want to test. That is all for now, but we will be back with a lot more soon.
